Create Group Registration Event

Add a new group registration event and set ticket quantity for RSVPs. This event appears on the group calendar, group homepage and the community calendar.

Add Event Title

Insert name of the event here.

Choose Time and Date

Check box if the event is an all day event or specify the date and start time and end time.

Choose Extra Time

Add extra time needed for set up and clean up for the event.

Choose Amenity Location

4. Choose Amenity Location
Pick the location or room for the event. The system automatically takes out any amenity locations already booked for the specified date and time.

Choose Recurrence

Create a one time event by choosing Do Not Repeat or set up a recurring event for a day of the week, twice a week, monthly, etc.

Enter event description.

Registration Options

Choose the number of available tickets for the event.

Select a photo from your computer to add to the event listing. .

Notification Options

By default, a notification will be sent via email and SMS text when this content is created or approved. Uncheck this box if you do not want notifications sent.
