View and edit a resident's display name and email address. Note: it must be a valid e-mail address. All e-mails from the system will be sent to this address. The e-mail address is not made public and will only be used to receive a new password or certain news or notifications by e-mail.

Set or change a resident's status.

Delete or change a resident's profile picture.

Edit contact information and directory inclusion. If updating for a staff member, add their title to the Position box to have it displayed on your Contact Us page.
